Inserting, my first glance is early Dodge Divorced 205.
My second glance makes me question my first glance but I'm going to stay at 205.
Picture of the PTO cover?
Case is Iron, yes?
Two speed case?

It looks to me like a very early NP205. I had a 56 Chevy pickup that was converted to 4wd for the forest service that (from memory, 20 years ago) had the same t-case and when I got it I had to reseal the input and all the seals were still available. They are ridiculously heavy.

I'm going to stay with early 205 out of a Dodge possibly military application.
that said I could easily be wrong.
Look for the ID Tag though it is likely long gone.
Try running the casting numbers through Google maybe?

Dodge or IH NP200, 201 or 202. There was a PTO that used 10 bolts made specifically for the the 200, 201 and 202 made by Braden Winch.

Me to until recently, the rear output shaft is a 2 piece design with a spring cousioned gear arrangement which seemed to have a 100% fail rate, apparently it knocks like hell..some have been welded solid
But most seem to fit a 1 piece gear/shaft from a 200
