I have also been working on the gas tank as of late. Almost done. Here it is mocked up for final fit.

Odyk,

Who's long travel is that? Yours, ATVR's or who?

What about the filter set-up? Is that a Donaldson? That was always what was missing on my Drak, a good filter set-up.

Looks fantastic and it appears your gaining speed here at the finish.

Tom

Its Aftershock Motorsports Front Suspension. I have the same setup on my other Pilot and it works well. The filter system is made by http://www.enginaire.com/integrated.htm. Its similar to a Donaldson however it actually has a Turbine in it to remove the first 75% of dirt. My buudy has been running one for a few years in his Woodsbuggy and the Intake tract is always clean. Thanks for the compliment. Its coming together however I am at the detail stage and it takes just as long as the first 80% of the project. I'm sure you can relate. LOL

Well now would be the time to buy one. They have dropped a lot in price due to the recession.

Well almost done with the project. I still need to make a front bumper and a skid plate. It is now drivable and now the motor and clutch tuning begins. I will say with what tuning I have done so far you can not keep the front end on the ground on asphalt. Here is the photobucket link:
