If you want the lowest heat input , I believe gmaw at high amperage and fast travel speed will lessen heat in your work piece. Although personally I'd rather gtaw everything on a vehicle. It's just a fun process.

Edit: Heat input is directly tied to travel speed, and tig with its slow travel speed soaks your metal .
