ST2 Long Travel

So I bought the ST2 plans for one of my high schools, I've ordered the tubing and got them a JD Model 32 bender, so that is all good. I was hoping to get them the plate kit to save them some time as they are limited for equipment till the new shop gets built, but I see its no longer offered by badlands.

So anyone here geared up to cutting out these plates and helping a school? I'm looking into a cnc plasma cutter but to be honest we wouldn't even have that up and running this year to help these students in time.

I know some guys in the USA that might help you out. Do you have the parts on a file?
If you are looking for water jet cut pieces check this out.

Talking with www.protodie.com right now on their rear axle setup. But they don't seem too experience in shipping, for some reason they think its a whole lot of paper work to ship parts to Canada.... usually means they have never done it before. Cause shipping here is just like shipping to any state, difference being - you have to write the value down, declare its not dangerous and the cost of shipping is more, and oh it takes a few days longer. Really not a big deal.

I suspect this isn't going to happen, shame could have been good for them.

Thanks for the offer, think I'm ok now.

I ordered a rear drive unit from Kind Sand Cars, great guy to deal with. I also bought a CNC Plasma cutter so that will be here before the end of the month.

Really?? Is the link right? Maybe they have a good retail store for parts but the online store is like green house stuff, generators, didn't find anything in the way of buggy parts.

No parts for sale, but they laser & water cut parts and the prices are very reasonable.
