Software Tech/Questions Do you use CAD? Curious about it? It can be a great tool to have in the shop. This is the place to talk about it!

Draftsight (AutoCAD Free)

Have any of you used DraftSight yet? I have been using it at work, format and layout is very similar to AutoCAD.
So far I have been pretty impressed, and for free I think it is great.
Just another tool to add to your design arsenal.

autodesk also just released its free "inventor" software. "123D"

i haven't tried it out but it looks decent for a free 3d modeler.
