Transfer files

Could use some direction on how to transfer a completed saved assembly to another computer via email tried and the second computer would open but no data there. Also in BT7xpro version can I send plate designs to plasma and waterjet to burn..or did i make a mistake and purchased wrong version? Could be me..messing up..but didnt want to spend more hrs trying to figure out if this cant be done with my version.Thanks
