Bend Tech HD for Turbo Manifolds?

Hey all! long time lurker first time poster, i have used Bend Tech software to build some bash bars and some cages for drift cars, so i am familiar with the PRO version. However, i have had a lot of customers asking for turbo manifolds.

Have any of you used it to make one? it looks as its geared more towards mandrel bent stuff.. but i would be using schedule 40 a lot of the time. is there any way to break down the bends and figure out how to "piece" it together? like buying pre-bent 90's, 180's and 45's. As well as straights.

It seems like it would basically follow the same guidelines. I mean in the end your routing tubing from the head flange to the collector, essentially for both of them. (headers vs turbo manifolds)

The Header module does breakdown the tubes... and you can define the pre-bent tubes.
Call Bend Tech and talk to them.

Why schedule 40?

Typically you can define custom materials in BT, so I don't think you'd have an issue as long as you know the OD, ID and CLR for the parts you're using. I am pretty sure BT header was specifically designed to work with pre-bent 90s, 180s, etc, with instructions on what angle pie shape to cut from the prebent part.

It was set-up to do exactly that, I know that because I was there

I suppose for the most part i could get away with Sch10. I am more or less concerned with cracking. People don't understand that they need to brace their exhaust properly, and use flexpipe... essentially everything from the turbo back could be a breaker bar on the flanges.

Thanks for all the help everyone! i will be calling BT once i return from vacation. I have a customer who wants a side mount manifold for his 6262 Evo X build. Should be fun
