Armor Pack Templates module (APT) is specially designed to create bumpers, stingers, tire carriers, rock sliders, racks, and roof racks for your side-by-side UTVs & ATVs, Jeeps, trucks, and more. This easy-to-use module will allow you to just type in the dimensions you want and automatically create and adjust 3D tube assembly with accuracy.

Once you are satisfied with your project, APT designs can be brought into the Bend-Tech Assembly interface where you can add, delete, or edit specific parts for enhancing structural support or adding your personal touch. This allows you to customize your design even further.

Every project designed in APT will provide bending instructions such as cut length, bend location, bend angle, rotation, etc, these accurate numbers which can be calibrated to any of your tube benders (from manual hand bender to CNC) will be your ultimate tool for successful tube fabrication.

Another handy feature included is the auto defined tube cutting information for end notching of the tubes. Every part has the cutting instructions already complete with cutting wrappers available to print out.

Important Notice: APT module templates are created as a design tool. These template designs have not had stress test or structural analysis conducted. Bend-Tech is not responsible for any injuries that may occur with the usage of parts designed with this product.

Very cool idea gallery! Did this design make it in?

Feature idea: have folks upload photos of their completed project with vehicle description so you can see real photos next to the various designs

Don't know if your design made it in. We tried hard to make sure that we did not use designs that rolled across our desk. We had one guy spend weeks scouring the internet looking at built rigs to come up with the designs.

Real Photo; We used to have something like this. It was a little clunky, however, it did work. Not sure if it made into the last couple of releases. I will have to check and see.

If you can figure out how to add social connections to BT, it's going to make the product soar. Instant shares and feeds within Bend Tech and a searchable database of designs/photos - priceless. For examples, see fitness apps like Strava. You get the community of professional fabricators sharing ideas and they will be more likely to open your software and use it. Add a button to share your idea or general option to share all BT files with a comment or photo to a BT feed or other connected apps for FB, Instagram etc. - sweetness will ensue!

Awesome! You guys are just making it too easy! Those rock slider templates would have been nice to have about 2 months ago for my project, haha! Next time a slider or bumper build comes up I will have to check it out!
